Body By Derby: Springfield’s Queen City Roller Derby

Body By Derby is a figure study of active derby athletes to show the different body types of active skaters and the physical effects derby has on the players. Other Workout I do sometimes, mostly strengthen workouts while I watch bouts on YouTube. It's damn good motivation.
Diet No, and it's what made me join roller derby. I wanted to continue to eat whatever way I wanted to by adding a physical activity into my routine. I did start drinking water for most of the day to help with hydration and only drink soda or tea for one meal a day.

Other Workout I spend about an hour and a half at the gym at least 3 days a week. With this I do about an hour of cardio and 30 min of strengthening and weights. I go biking about twice a week with my boys and float trips in the summer.
Diet I try to watch what I eat but at the same time I do not diet. I drink plenty of water and eat little sweets.
