Other Workout I've done some crossfit here and there but I mainly just lift heavy (to me) weights with little to no cardio so I can gain mass. I count my practices as my cardio. I've recently learned it's better to limit the amount of calories I burn because my metabolism is crazy high.
Diet I try to make better choices, especially when I grocery shop, but because I'm a stylist, I buy most of my food and am unable to do the 6 meals a day thing. I've also learned that because my eating times are limited, quantity of calories is better than quality for me. When I was eating healthier and working out a lot I was shrinking, which wasn't the goal. Unfortunately healthy food isn't as calorie packed and am unable to eat that much! I rely on protein shakes, one being a weight gainer, for some of my calories and a lot of my protein. The weight gainer is more like calorie and protein insurance for me, to make sure I get enough.
Laps in 5 minutes 34.25 laps in 5 min
Previous Athletic Experience Nothing of this caliber of competitiveness, but I've done figure skating, horseback riding, soccer, and basketball when I was younger, track (long jump and high jump) in middle school, and cheerleading in middle school and high school. I hadn't played any sports since I was 15 though I started derby when I was 21.
